Booking your holiday is simple, just follow the guide lines below. If you have any questions or are not sure you can always give us a call, see our "Contact Information" for details.

Booking your Narrowboat

1. Please do both of the following;

  • Check the appropriate month  and days for availability then;
  • Contact us to reserve your boat and discuss your requirements.

2. Please make sure that you.

  • Give our "Terms and Conditions" a good read before sending the completed booking form to us.

3. To process your booking we require a completed booking form and 25% deposit.

  • Please print a copy of the booking form and complete it.
  • When you print off the form please choose to print 1 page only or a second page containing the footer will be printed. 
  • Send the completed booking form with the deposit to Avenue Luxury Narrowboats, see contact information for details.
  • The deposit may be made by Cheque or BACS transfer.
  • The final payment must reach us no later than six weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • The final payment may be made by Cheque or or BACS transfer.

4. Acknowledgment.

  • On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking by return post and advise you on your final balance due date.

5. Getting Here.

  • About 4 weeks prior to your holiday date we will send you joining instructions.
  • We will also enclose a copy of the Boaters Handbook and the British Waterways Safety DVD
